We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Uatcha account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account information (email, profile data)
  • All scam reports you have submitted
  • Your subscription and payment history
  • All app settings and preferences
  • Any data stored on our servers related to your account

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Uatcha account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
